Do you sharpen kitchen knives, pocket knives, hunting/fishing knives, or scissors?
No. We specialize in sharpening commercial/industrial cutting tools. Some examples of these include: circular scoring blades, miter blades, traditional chop saw blades, metal cutting blades, traditional router bits, boring bits, brad points, CNC bits, and the occasional planer blade.
Do you service/maintain any machinery?
Currently we do not offer any support for machinery, but we can recommend some local shops that do great work depending on the manufacturer of the machine in question.
Do you provide same day drop off and pickup for sharpening?
Depending on the level of work involved, our sharpening service varies. In some cases it can take a few hours to sharpen an item or in other cases it can take a few days. Generally speaking we normally do not provide same day drop off and pickup, but if it can be done we will certainly make it happen.
Shipping & Tax
Domestic Shipping Policy.
All domestic orders placed within the Contiguous United States having a value of $200 or greater will qualify for "Free Ground Shipping" as longs as the total order weight does not exceed 50 lbs. Domestic orders with a total weight of 50 lbs or less and not oversized will be shipped using the fastest method available to you.
International Shipping Policy.
All orders placed outside the Contiguous United States are considered international. Orders to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands may be subject to higher shipping rates and will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, or Flat Rate Mail, if available. International orders will not be processed and your credit card will not be charged until your shipping quote is approved. Please call (800)878-7297 for a quote.
Domestic Order Cut Off Times & Shipping Map.
United States Postal Service - Priority Mail - Same Day Shipment - Cut Off: Orders must be placed before 10:00am EST.
United States Postal Service - Priority Mail Express - Same Day Shipment - Cut Off: Orders must be placed before 1:30pm EST.
FedEx Ground - Same Day Shipment - Cut Off: Orders must be placed before 10:00am EST.
FedEx Express - Same Day Shipment - Cut Off: Orders must be placed before 10:00pm EST.
UPS Ground/Air - Same Day Shipment - Cut Off: Orders must be placed before 1:30pm EST.
All Orders Placed After Cut Off Will Be Shipped The Next Day.
Domestic Tax Policy.
Local State and County Tax will be applied to all orders placed within Florida. ⎼ Subject to revision. (United States Nexus)
Florida’s general sales tax rate is six percent (6%); however, other rates may apply based on the type of sale. Most Florida counties impose a local option discretionary sales surtax. To compute the sales tax rate for each county, add the local option surtax rate to the general sales tax rate.

Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the unused item for a full refund.
• Once a return request has been approved, the buyer is responsible for properly packaging the item and shipping it back in a timely manor. If the item is damaged in anyway and was not reported prior to shipping, there will be a 15% fee deducted from your refund for the damages incurred.
The cost of shipping the item back will not be refunded, unless it has been confirmed as a Manufacturer Defect/Error.
• To begin the return process, kindly email or call us within 14 days of your purchase. Do make sure to have your order information available when contacting us.
• Please include a copy of the original purchase receipt alongside the item within the package, so we can quickly process the return once it is received.
We highly recommend that you use a traceable shipping provider.

Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that each New/Resharpened cutting tool shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Upon verification of failure or malfunction, Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. shall, at its option, within sixty (60) days, repair or replace the tool, subject to the Guidelines below.
In the event of failure or malfunction, return the product, properly packaged and postage prepaid to Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. Please email Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. accordingly with a detailed explanation of your warranty claim. (Please include a copy of the original purchase receipt.)
A warranty claim shall be limited to repair or replacement, and in no event shall Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. be liable for any other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, costs or expenses.
INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED UNDER ALL WARRANTIES.
Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. warranties shall not be deemed to have failed their essential purpose while Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. is willing to repair or replace defective products.
Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. assumes no liability for defects or damage caused by abuse or misuse of any product or unauthorized service of any product. The product must have been used for its recommended purpose and not modified by any parties. Normal wear and tear are not covered under any warranties.
All "New" items purchase from Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. will include a (1) year limited warranty period so that it performs in accordance with the accompanying documentation on the date of your initial purchase.
All "Refurbished" items purchase from Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. will include a (60) day limited warranty period so that it performs in accordance with the accompanying documentation on the date of your initial purchase.
All "Sharpening/Repairs" performed by Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. will include a (7) day limited warranty period so that it performs in accordance with the accompanying documentation on the date of your initial purchase.
Biondi Saw & Tool, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products. However, please note that the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are very rarely assessed additional fees.
